\nThe Controller processes your personal data (in particular, name, surname, tax code, VAT number, email, phone number \u2013 hereafter \u201cpersonal data\u201d or \u201cdata\u201d) collected when you voluntarily enter such data in the data collection form on the website.<\/p>\n
2 \u2013 PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
\nYour personal data are processed for the following purposes, distinguished by legal basis:
\n2.1 Contract execution \u2013 legal obligation compliance (art.6 lett. b, lett. c).
\nYour personal data are processed for the following purposes:
\na) to fulfil pre-contractual, contractual and administrative-accounting obligations
\nb) to comply with legal obligations, regulations, EU law or orders from authorities.
\n2.2 Based on your consent (art.6 lett. a).
\nYour personal data are processed to send informational and promotional communications via SMS and\/or email, including newsletters from the Controller regarding its own and\/or affiliated companies\u2019 initiatives (Marketing purposes);
\n2.3 Legitimate interests (art.6 lett. f \u2013 recital 47).
\nIf you are already a customer, we may send you commercial communications about services and products similar to those you have used, respecting your interests and rights, unless you object by contacting the details in section 7.<\/p>\n
3 \u2013 RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS
\nPersonal data provided may be disclosed to third parties to fulfil contracts or related purposes. Specifically, data may be shared with:
\nLegal, tax and labour professionals and consultants;
\nBanks;
\nCompetent authorities for legal compliance and\/or public body requirements (e.g. Revenue Agency);
\nExternal parties who manage\/support\/assist the Controller occasionally or regularly in service delivery, IT system administration and telecommunications (including email);
\nThese parties act as data processors or, independently, as separate data controllers. The list of processors is regularly updated and available at the Controller\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
4 \u2013 PROCESSING METHODS
\nProcessing is carried out using manual, IT and telematic tools with organisational and processing logic strictly related to the purposes, ensuring security, integrity, availability and confidentiality of personal data.
\nIn compliance with art. 5(1)(e) of EU Reg. 2016\/679, personal data will be kept in a form allowing identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing.<\/p>\n
5 \u2013 DATA PROVISION
\nProviding data is mandatory for the purposes in section 2.1; failure to provide or incomplete\/inaccurate data may prevent us from handling your request.<\/p>\n
6 \u2013 DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES AND\/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS
\nPersonal data provided for client area registration are not transferred outside the European Union.<\/p>\n
7 \u2013 DATA RETENTION PERIOD
\nPersonal data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after termination or revocation, for periods required by law, e.g. for tax obligations.
\nFor marketing purposes, data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or for the period required by law or supervisory authority provisions.<\/p>\n

\nthe right to withdraw consent: withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;
